MEEKER I The next Meeker Chamber of Commerce Business Leaders Luncheon will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Old West Heritage Culture Center at 517 Park St. in Meeker, and the topic of the gathering will be “Heritage Tourism in Meeker.”
Ellene Meece, president of the Rio Blanco County Historical Society, will discuss the new Old West Heritage Culture Center and how to strengthen our economy through cultural and heritage tourism.
The catered lunch is open to anyone interested in networking with other business leaders, owners and managers to discuss important issues that affect Meeker’s business community, and it is a chance to enjoy lunch from a local restaurant. Cost is $10 per person.
