All 55 delegates, a couple alternates, a few outside politicians and spectators were present Saturday afternoon as Rio Blanco County Republicans gathered in the Colorado Room of the Weiss Activities Center on the Colorado Northwestern Community College campus in Rangely for the county GOP Assembly, where delegates determine who is on the county ballot and who represents the county at the state Assembly.
