RBC I Garfield Clean Energy will host a free roundtable meeting for wastewater treatment plant operators throughout Northwest Colorado to discuss opportunities for saving energy in plant operations.
The two-hour roundtable and tour will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the conference room of the new Glenwood Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant in West Glenwood.
Energy coaches Mike Ogburn and Matt Shmigelsky of CLEER will lead a discussion on the advantages of energy efficiency in plant operations.
The roundtable setting gives all operators a chance to share their experiences, questions and knowledge.
The meeting will end with a tour of the new plant, led by plant operator Trent Mahaffey.
All wastewater plant operators in the region are invited to attend.
