Alexian ‘Lexx’ Breeze McFarland

Alexian Breeze McFarland (Phoodz, Lexx/Lexxy) passed away on Jan. 10, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo., surrounded by friends and family. She was 20 years old.
Lexxy was born in Rifle on June 7, 1998, to Stormy Vigil and Tim McFarland. She is survived by four siblings: Andrew Neal Massey, 32; Aizek James Kemp, 12; and Angelo “Chico” Marco Vigil, 8; and sister Adisyn Lorraine Kemp, 11. She was also an aunt of two and had 13 cousins from six aunts and their spouses, as well as a grandma, her boyfriend, a godfather, her pets, and hundreds of friends, as well as thousands of friends via social media.
She received her high school diploma and then attended college for psychology. Her hobbies started and ended with music but included poetry, creative writing, making various types of jewelry, socializing, the world wide web, and helping the people she loved and more often than not, all of their hobbies as well.
She will always be remembered in the hearts of every person she ever had a meaningful conversation with due to her ability to make as us all see the true beauty of every living thing, her sense of humor, love for animals, and passion for music.
She was predeceased by grandparents Jim Owens, Hubert Vernon McFarland Jr. and Betty Lou McFarland, as well as friends from her childhood.
Funeral services will be held in Meeker, Colo., at the Fairfield Center at 200 Main St. on Saturday, Jan. 26 beginning at 11 a.m.
