Visitation was held Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Rangely Christian Church, 501 Darius Ave. in Rangely with a memorial service at 1 p.m. There was a reception immediately following at the Rangely Elks Lodge, 633 E. Main Street in Rangely. There will also be a special memorial service planned for the second week of June in Sidney, Mont.
The family wishes to extend a special heartfelt thank you to the Rangely District Hospital EMS crew and ER crew members who took care of Dave and transported him to St. Mary’s Hospital so quickly and the staff at St. Mary’s Hospital ICU who gave such tender, loving care not only to Dave, but to all of Dave’s family and friends.
Thank you to everyone who dropped off food, cards, sent prayers and condolences to us throughout our difficult time.
