Faye G. Tedford, 62, passed away at Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker, Colo., Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, after losing her battle with cancer.
Born in Seaford, Del., on May 12, 1952, Faye was the daughter of the late John L. Gardner and Alfrieda C. Gardner of Lebanon, Pa., and the wife of Ted Tedford of Meeker.
She was an active member in the Meeker United Methodist Church.
Faye was a 1969 graduate of the Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon, Penn., and a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va., with a degree in speech pathology and audiology, and Liberty College in Lynchburg, Va., with a master’s degree in a licensed professional counseling.
Faye had her own private practice as a professional counselor in Meeker.
In addition to her mother and husband, Faye is survived by: one son, Bryan Palmer Lamoreaux, his wife, Terra M., and grandchildren Skylar and Teddy Lamoreaux of Ft. Collins, Colo.; a sister-in-law; and a brother-in-law.
Faye will always be remembered as a loving friend, mother and wife, full of life, humor and, sometimes, a bit of sass.
