She was born in Lakewood, Calif., to Butch and Nadine Grinstead. Service were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, at Advantage Aurora Chase Chapel, 1095 Havana, Aurora, Colo. 80010.
Laurie lived her life to the fullest. Her favorite time was spent with family, her children and grandchildren.
She loved her savior, Jesus Christ, and hoped everyone would come to know him as well as she did. Mom channeled her love of helping people into a career as an occupational therapist.
She will be greatly missed by all of her friends at the Fairie Villiage in Santa Fe, N.M., where she helped with the Ren Faire.
Laurie is survived by: her husband, Robert McCrory; her parents, Butch and Nadine; two brothers, Buddy and Mike Grinstead; two sons, Dusty and Jason Munger; and her grandchildren, Opal, Lucille, Isabella, Catherine and Benjamin.
