Darcy Roach, a caseworker for Rio Blanco County Department of Social Services, was honored for “outstanding case practice.” Presenting the award is Kathleen Maybury, right, casework supervisor, and Kathy Dorris, administrative reviewer for the state of Colorado Department of Human Services. “We are really proud of her. She’s an excellent caseworker and this is a well-deserved award,” Bonnie Ruckman, social services director, said of Roach.
