The 2016 Rangely Pinewood Derby for Cub Scout packs No. 189 and 191 was held Jan. 27 at the Rangely Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There were 16 excited Cub Scouts who participated in this year’s races. Each boy raced his car in 14 races to determine the winners. It was a fun and exciting night for all, and the winners were: first to Kevin Wren; second to Justin Allred; and third to Gage Fielder. The sportsmanship award winner was Jackson Aguirre.
