RANGELY I The Panthers recently completed one of their best baseball seasons in recent memory, just falling short of advancing to regionals.
Still, there was plenty to celebrate for league-champion Rangely.
In postseason awards, team most valuable player was Adam Dahl, the Big Stick Award went to Kindal Cushman, the Golf Glove Award went to Kacey Denny and the Donnie Collins award went to Bryson Palacios. Cushman will continue his playing days at Colorado Northwestern Community College.
Cushman was also named first-team all-conference, along with Dahl, brothers Kacey and Kody Denny and Dillon McTague. Three players were named honorable mention: Chas Byerly, Palacios and Travis Witherell.
