NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that on or about 7:10 P.M., December 11th, 2018 during the regular Board of Trustees meeting at the Meeker Town Hall, 345 Market Street, Meeker, Colorado, final settlement will be made to Belland Builders, Inc. and all project subcontractors, including project partners for the 2018 Meeker Town Hall Window Replacement Project any person, co-partnership, company, association of persons, or corporation who has an unpaid claim with the Company listed above, as a project subcontractor or project partner, or for labor and materials, or reimbursement for related expenses, may file a verified statement, of the amount due and unpaid, at any time, up to final settlement approval, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., as amended.
Failure on the part of any Claimant to file such verified statement with the Town Board, prior to the final settlement on said contract will relieve the Town of Meeker from any and all liability for such Claimant’s claim. NOTICE AS TO BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL
The Rio Blanco County Board of Commissioners will be considering a budget supplemental resolution on December 10, 2018, 11:00 p.m. Rio Blanco County Historic Courthouse, 555 Main Street, BOCC Meeting Room, Meeker, Colorado.
The proposed resolution is for the purpose of appropriating sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the 2018 budget year in the following funds: General Fund, Road & Bridge, Public Health Agency Fund, Capital Expense and the Department of Health & Human Services. The resolution may be viewed at the offices of the County Clerk and Recorder, 555 Main Street, Colorado, and the County Clerk and Recorder Office in the Western Annex Building, 17497 State Highway 64, Rangely, Colorado, and are open for public inspection 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on normal work days.
