BOND BALLOT INITIATIVE
The Meeker School District is accepting pro/con comments from the community in regards to the Bond Ballot Initiative. Comments must be written or typed on a piece of paper and must be delivered to the Meeker District Office located at 555 Garfield, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The deadline for submitting comments is Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

•Business 1_ Move to Approve/Deny a letter from the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado to Danielle Lendriet, Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, in support of the Colorado Blueprint 2.0 Program, a program focused on supporting rural communities.
BID OPENINGS:
•Bid Opening 1_ None.
BID AWARDS
•Bid Award 1_ None.
MOU’s, CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS
•MCA 1_ Move to Approve/Deny Contract Amendment No. 3, between the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs to DOLA Grant Agreement EIAF No.7862 for the Rio Blanco County Broadband Middle Mile Infrastructure, extending the performance period from October 31, 2018 to November 30, 2019, with no increase in the grant amount.
•MCA 2_ Move to Approve/Deny Contract Modification No. 4 between the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado and Phil Vaughan Construction Management Inc. increasing the not to exceed amount by $7,000.00 due to additional projects.
