MEEKER I The Range Call committee is proud to announce that our new website has launched and tickets for the 2012 event are now on sale. Not only can you by tickets online, you will be able to enter the parade, become a vendor or event sponsor, all while visiting the meekerrangecall website.
Shooter Jennings, Jason Boland and the Stragglers, along with Cody Canada and the Departed will heat up the night at Ute Park on July 7, with a mix of country and southern rock. VIP tickets are available for the concert, which provides each guest with front row seats, reserved group dining, unlimited food and drink. This is a great idea for family or class reunions.
Along with our new concert venue, Range Call will also be hosting a number of new events, as well as adding some zest to the traditional favorites. On July 4, freestyle motocross riders will soar in front of the grandstands for the first time. During the CPRA rodeos, people can check out the interactive exhibits, which will include fun and educational elements for all ages.
Dust off your boots for the barn dance. The dance contest is free to enter, with awesome prizes up for grabs. While you are dancing, your children can enjoy the Kidz Korner, which will have games, activities and toys. We are also inviting all local businesses to set up a bragging board, showing off what they sell and/or do. Among those businesses, local outfitters will be filling their last open slots for fishing, hunting and camp trips.
With the fantastic support of this community, the 127th annual Range Call promises to be one to remember.
