MEEKER | Tryouts for the 2018-2019 royalty court for Range Call will be held July 21 at the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds in Meeker. Interested cowgirls must be 9-18 years old, reside in Rio Blanco County, and be able to provide their own horse for events. Candidates will be judged on speeches, personal interviews, horsemanship and more. A scholarship will be awarded to the 2018-2019 Range Call Queen to be used for further education upon graduation.
