Rangely Prom is Saturday

RANGELY | The Rangely High School Junior-Senior Prom is Saturday at the Rangely High School auditorium.
The theme for the prom is “Dancing away with the Stars.” The public is invited to attend the Grand March and the crowning of the 2013 King and Queen, which starts at 8 p.m.
The candidates for queen this year are Shelby Neiberger, Kellsie Nash and Kelsey Prosser and king candidates are Colton Coombs, Tobie Gasper and Chas Byerly. The 2013 RHS Prom Crown Bearers are Lexi Marie LeBleu and Roy Bishop.
The junior class, led by class President Tessa Slagle, has been working for the last three years preparing for this event with fund raising, including highway clean ups, homecoming dinner and concessions at RHS sporting events.
A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to help with the medical expenses of Boden Petersburg.
