RANGELY I Tammra Brevig, 42, of Rangely was arrested Oct. 12 on felony drug charges, following a search of her residence.
Rangely’s Police Department obtained information that Brevig was dealing methamphetamine from her home at 506 Redwood Lane. Working with the district attorney’s office, the PD obtained a warrant to search Brevig’s home.
The search was conducted Oct. 10 and officers recovered methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Brevig’s residence. No one was home at the time of the search.
Brevig was booked into the Rio Blanco County Detention Center Oct. 12 on charges of unlawful possession with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled substance, a class 3 felony; unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance more than one gram, a class 4 felony; possession of weapons by a previous offender, a class 5 felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 2 petty offense. Bond was set at $17,600.
In addition, two other individuals — who were not identified by authorities — were charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, a class 2 petty offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 2 petty offense.
