Approximately 25 members of the Rio Blanco County Historical Society attended the group’s annual meeting Sunday at Richards Hall at St. James Episcopal Church in Meeker to review the last year, discuss projects for 2015 and to elect officers for the next year.
All officers were re-elected to one-year terms, including Ellene Meece as president, Gail Rogers as vice president, Sue Hicken as secretary and Trudy Burri as treasurer. Chris Uphoff was re-elected to the board and Edy George and Jim Brown were elected to their first three-year terms. Not up for re-election were board members Joe Sullivan, Patty Anderson and Hallie Blunt.
