Rio Blanco County’s 11-12-year-old baseball teams have started their season-ending tournament with games in Meeker and Hayden. Rangely lost to 3B Enterprises, one of three teams entered from Craig, in the first round of the double elimination tournament. Meeker played the winner of the other two Craig teams; Big Kahuna Coins and the Craig Daily Press Wednesday after press time. The semifinals will be played in Meeker July 5 and consolation games will be played in Hayden. The championship game is scheduled for July 11 in Meeker, with a second game played July 13, if needed.
