Scheduled broadband outages this week

RBC | Rio Blanco County will be conducting major maintenance on the fiber network and wireless network from midnight to 6 a.m., starting Tuesday, Nov. 13 and ending Sunday, Nov. 18. This fiber maintenance is one of the remaining steps in finalizing the fiber network and moving the fiber to the Rio Blanco County Data Center in Meeker. During this time, the county will also be updating the firmware on all tower sites. RBC wireless customers will experience brief rolling outages as well, but only between the times of midnight and 6 a.m. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience these maintenance outages might cause, but appreciate your understanding. In the event your Internet does not come back up after 6 a.m. each day, please contact your service provider during their normal business hours and we will work diligently to correct the issue.
