RANGELY | After running a fast course last week the Rangely cross country team headed to Craig to run the Moffat County Invitational on Saturday. The course was at Loudy-Simpson Park which made the course slower since it was all on grass and included a small hill. The team had two junior high runners, Colton Noel and Norrah Patch, running this weekend. They both ran really well and worked together the whole race. Noel was able to out sprint Patch at the finish. Colton had a time of 19:42, while Norrah had a time of 19:43. The high school team was small this week with only one girl and two boys running. RaeLynn Norman took 17th place with a time of 24:15. Patrick Scoggins took second place with a time of 17:30. Landon Rowley ran a 24:58 placing 42nd. The team travels to Aspen this Saturday.
