Dear Editor:I am writing to request your assistance in locating Pearl Harbor survivors with whom you may be acquainted. The Greatest Generations Foundation would like to sponsor 100 percent of the cost of the return of Pearl Harbor survivors to the island for the 70th anniversary. This would include all flights, meals, hotel accommodations and any other costs associated with the journey for the WWII veterans. As you know, the Greatest Generations Foundation is an IRS 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization dedicated to serving war veterans. Our mission is to promote recognition and respect for U.S. and Allied war veterans, while enhancing historical education for today’s youth. The Greatest Generations Foundation works to ensure that the dedication and bravery of each veteran is never forgotten, nor the value of their deeds be allowed to disappear. Are you aware of any Colorado Pearl Harbor survivors who would be interested in this opportunity with TGGF?Please let me know your questions or concerns. Thank you kindly for your time and I look forward to your response.Alicia Harms210 University Blvd., Suite 500Denver, CO 80206303-331-1994
