RANGELY — The Septemberfest Art Show will be from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday at Elks Park.
All work submitted for the show with the appropriate entry fee will be included in the exhibition. Each artist may submit a maximum of three pieces.
Artwork can be dropped off between 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Arts Council booth on Monday, or anytime the week before Sept. 1 at the Rangely Area Chamber of Commerce office in town hall. Call Wendy Roberts at 675-2130 with questions, or e-mail [email protected].
All adult entries must have the artist’s name and entry number attached to the artwork and be accompanied by an entry form and a check made payable to Rangely Arts Council, covering the entry fee of $5 for each entry (maximum $15).
Artwork can be picked up at 5 p.m. Monday at the Arts Council booth at Septemberfest, or at the Rangely Area Chamber of Commerce office in town hall the week of Sept. 2-8.
Sales will be conducted between the artist and the buyer, who will be given the artist’s contact information upon request. Artists may price items or identify as “Not For Sale.” Make sure to include complete contact info and sale info on the entry form.
More than $500 in cash prizes will be awarded.
All prizes will be awarded via a “People’s Choice” vote during the show.
All work present at the Art Show will be eligible for the “People’s Choice” awards. Prize money will be mailed to the winners after Sept. 3.
