MEEKER — The first sheep and goat meeting was held Feb. 12. There were three goat members and the rest were sheep members. Our leaders are Renae Neilson and Rayola Rust.
Members played a fun ice breaker game.
The members also elected officers. New officers are: president Morgan Neilson, vice president Denee Chintala, secretary Aubry Walsh, treasurer Taylor Neilson, reporter Macy Collins, council representatives Aly Ridings, Mason Scritchfield and Kelsey Gross as the alternate; pledge leaders are Taylor Still, Lila Klinglesmith, Logan Hughes and Amber Holding.
The grandparents’ dinner will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 22.
The group will meet the second Thursday of every month. You must attend at least 50 percent of the meetings to show at the fair.
