RANGELY — The Rangely Arts Council is sponsoring an art fair July 4 as part of the fireworks at Kenney Reservoir. The fair will include art activities, an art show and refreshments. There was a great turnout at last year’s silent auction. This is a great way to show and perhaps even sell your art.
Artwork can be dropped off after June 16 at the Rangely Chamber of Commerce office anytime during their regular business hours of 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Friday. You may leave the work at the chamber desk at other times if no one is available. You may also bring artwork to the event on July 4 at 4 p.m. Work brought on the fourth will be hung on a space-permitting basis but council members will do their best to accommodate all entered work. Work can also be dropped off with Beth Wiley at the Pottery Shop at 514 E. Main St., across from the Flowersmith, usually 2-6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, or call (970) 274-1239 to make arrangements.
