Streaker Sightings

MEEKER y In the month of November, Streaker activities were as follows:
Thirteen days of Chuckwagon with 35 riders, 213 stops in Meeker, including 93 medical, seven riders to Rifle for shopping, one rider for extra medical trip and two church days with four riders.
The Walbridge Wing had 13 riders go to Glenwood Springs for a shopping trip and lunch at Chili’s. Afterward, they went on a scenic tour of downtown Glenwood.
There were six riders who traveled for dinner and to hear a guitar duet in Glenwood Springs.
Veterans Day was celebrated on Nov. 11 with a big turnout on the courthouse lawn in Meeker. Nine Walbridge Wing residents enjoyed the event immensely.
Meeker Chuckwagon had 11 riders who went to Craig, where they had a lunch of hot stew, salad, biscuits and dessert. Afterward, the group went shopping at Wal-Mart and City Market.
