MEEKER I Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that Suzan Pelloni has joined its team, representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand in her hometown of Meeker and the surrounding area in Northwest Colorado. Pelloni has long been recognized as one of Meeker’s top real estate agents and is held in high regard amongst her neighbors, clients and industry peers for her honesty, integrity and incredible work ethic.
Pelloni spent her first 20 years on a ranch located east of Meeker. It was on the ranch that she first learned to ski, along with the rewards of hard work and dedication. Pelloni’s ski career led her around the world, but she always looked forward to returning home to the White River Valley. She loved working on the ranch, operating heavy equipment, irrigating, haying, and working cattle.
“Born and raised in Meeker, Suzan has a profound understanding and insight of the market,” says David Baldinger, Jr., co-owner of Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty, who was also once Pelloni’s ski racing coach on the U.S. Development Team. “She embodies the small-town values that are so important to the fabric of her community, and she has a commitment to her real estate clients that is second to none.”
Whether representing a modest home or a luxury ranch property, Pelloni provides her clients with an unparalleled expertise that results in consistently positive results. Pelloni’s passion for understanding the ever-changing real estate industry has set her apart from her competitors, and has earned her the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and ePRO designations.
“I am very excited to be partnering with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty,” Pelloni says. “By combining the global marketing reach of the trusted and respected Sotheby’s International Realty network with my experience and local knowledge, I can offer a higher level of service than ever to my clients in all price ranges throughout Northwest Colorado.”
Pelloni has dedicated endless hours to supporting local businesses and community organizations. She served as the director of the Meeker Chamber of Commerce and enjoys volunteering her time to the 4-H youth programs.
Pelloni and her husband, also a lifelong Meeker resident, recognize the rewards of owning property in the White River Valley and look forward to sharing that dream with newcomers. In their spare time, the Pelloni family retreats to the thousands of acres of public land in Rio Blanco County, where they enjoy hunting, camping, fishing, skiing, riding motorcycles and snowmobiles.
