Meeker’s Barone Middle School concluded its track season Saturday in Craig. The photo above captures the running of the girls’ 200-yard dash with Quinn Pint from Craig, left, and Gracie Bradfield from Meeker, right, competing for the win.

MEEKER I The Barone Middle School track athletes completed their 2015 season on Saturday in Baggs. Made up of seventh and eighth graders, the team competed at Coal Ridge, Rangely and also had a fun night of relays in Craig on Thursday.

BMS girls finish track season with a bang in Wyoming

MEEKER I The Meeker seventh- and eighth-grade tracksters finished their season with a bang, winning the combined girls’ division, topping 10 other teams Saturday in Baggs, Wyo.

The Barone Middle School track team has been very busy over the past two weekends, competing in Glenwood Springs two weekends ago and in Rangely on Saturday.

Middle school track teams enjoy strong showing

RBC I Rio Blanco County’s middle school track teams had an outstanding meet Saturday in Craig. The weather was beautiful and proved conducive to fast times and long throws for both teams.
