Meeker Pinewood Derby…
On March 6, Cub Scout Pack 190 of Meeker held its annual Pinewood Derby car-racing event. The races lasted in excess of an hour and included 17 Cub Scout cars and eight open-class cars.

MEEKER I Cub Scout Pack 91 invites all boys ages 6-10 (first through fifth grade) and their parents to a new member welcoming meeting on Thursday, Oct. 13, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds building at 779 Sulphur Creek Rd.
Pack demonstrates good will …
In the Law of the Pack, a Cub Scout gives good will, and in the Boy Scout Promise, a Boy Scout promises to help other people at all times. By participating in a Scouting for Food program, local scouts came a step closer to fulfilling those words.

Rangely Cub Scout packs 189 and 191, chartered by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, recently held a pack meeting honoring three Cub Scouts who earned their Arrow of Light.
