RBC | According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, there are two current road projects under way in the Rio Blanco County area that are subject to causing area delays:
RBC I Delays are possible along Highway 13 south of Meeker (mile marker 38) from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning in April and continuing through October. There will be single lane closures for fence installation and culvert work.

RBC I Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers are warning motorists on State Highway 13 south of Meeker to be especially watchful for large numbers of elk congregating on a five- or six-mile stretch of road around mile marker 26.
