White River Museum summer hours

RBC’s Got Talent

The Rio Blanco County Fair is hosting the first annual Rio Blanco County’s Got Talent Show on Friday, Aug, 3 after the 4-H/FFA Steer show.

Fifth and final Bob Tucker

jim cook Jo Tucker’s daughters, Bobbie Jo and Shelly, organizers of the fifth and final Bob Tucker Memorial Golf tournament. , played to raise money for an annual scholarship in the late coach’s name, were pictured with past scholarship winners Kurtis Dunbar, Clinton Kilduff, Tyler Howey and Ryan Wix. Chas Mills, the first Bob Tucker scholarship winner was unable to return and play in the touranment.

The fifth and final Bob Tucker Memorial Golf tournament was played last Saturday at the Meeker Golf Course and four of the past scholarship winners returned to Meeker, organized teams and played in the final tournament to raise funds to sustain a scholarship.

Katelyn Collins of Meeker received degrees as a specialist in education and school psychology from the University of Northern Colorado during spring 2012 graduation ceremonies May 4-5.
