MEEKER I The Meeker Cow-boys boys’ basketball team lost a game, and won a game in the past weekends Aspen Tournament. Meeker opened their 2010-2011 season against perennial 3A power Aspen High School. Last year Aspen placed second in state 3A classification losing in the final game of the year to Faith Christian.

MEEKER | The annual faculty versus seniors basketball game will be at 6 p.m. Sunday in the Meeker High School gym, followed by the alumni games at 7 p.m. If there are enough alumni, there will be two games — “Young guns” and “old-timers.”
