RANGELY I Through the years, the Rangely School District has become accustomed to change. Changes in staffing, funding and programs are common in the district. However, for the first year in many, all administration staff, including the superintendent and principals, will be returning.
RSD incumbents will seek re-election
RANGELY I In November three seats on the Rangely School Board will be up for election. Board members Leslie Nielsen and Kurt Douglas were elected in 2011 while Joyce Key was appointed to her position in the fall of 2014.
County schools open Monday
RBC I Most students in Rangely and Meeker will return to their classrooms on Monday, filling the streets and sidewalks in both towns with young students walking or bicycling, older students driving to school, school buses busy delivering children to the schools and parents dropping off their children.
