A Fair tribute …

Fair books for the 2011 Rio Blanco County Fair are out and fair board members Forrest Nelson, Danny Lapp, Adair Norman, Ed Coryell and Cindy Garner, (Mary Washburn) and Karen Arnold dedicated it to Mary Washburn and presented her with the first copy, which includes a tribute to her inside.
