Deadline for county survey is March 1
RBC — A community survey was distributed to all households in Rio Blanco County in late January in an effort to collect information for the update to the county’s master plan. A total of 2,675 surveys were mailed and, to date, 400 have been returned.

MEEKER — In October 2008 White River Electric Association conducted a random telephone survey among 300 of its members designed to measure overall satisfaction.
