RANGELY | Former Rangely resident Kandice Torno was graduated cum laude from Arapahoe Community College in August 2011 with a paralegal certificate from ACC’s ABA-approved program. She finished top of her class in the two-week Maymester “Capstone” course, taken by students who are working full-time jobs and cannot complete a formal internship. Torno also finished out the summer semester with a 4.0 GPA, even after the program raised the minimum grade requirements for an A from 90 percent to 92 percent. She completed her 36 credit hour paralegal program in just under a year. Torno will continue to reside in the the Littleton, Colo., area
