Elena Scott and John Birkey of Norris Design diplayed conceptual plans during an open house to discuss the development of a trail system at the Dorcas Jensen Memorial Park. Norris Design, a landscape architect firm, hired by the ERBM Recreation and Parks District, is well versed in the planning of park and recreation projects such as this from the initial renderings through the final construction phase. With a generous donation from the Jensen family in 2006, the ERBM acquired the 57 acre tract known as the Dorcas Jensen Memorial Park. The proposed trail system will be developed primarily for biking and hiking.
