Meeker Police Department calls included seven agency assists, three 911 hangups, eight animal calls, 13 business checks, two citizen assists, two civil issues, two restraining order violations, three suspicious incidents, two thefts, two traffic complaints, two warrant arrests and one each: abandoned vehicle, alarm, child abuse, motorist assist and VIN inspection.
There were nine calls for Meeker Fire and Rescue one medical transports, six ambulance requests, one fire with an explosion, one fire burning weeds inside town limits.
There was one assist with Colorado State Patrol.
Rio Blanco Detentions facility booked in nine and released seven, Colorado State Patrol had one, three by the Sheriff’s Office and two from MPD, Rangely Police Department with three. The jail is currently housing six inmates. There were two inmates transports to or from another facility.
There was one DUI arrest.
