Meeker old-timer Lew Livingston moved to Phoenix in November to live closer to his son Woody and his family. Lew went to the emergency room recently and came out a week and a half later with two stents in his heart. He has been recovering well, stronger than he has been in years, and spent Christmas Day with some of his grandkids, seen here: Amberly, Lewis (Caleb), Josh, Lew, Melissa, and her husband Marc Chase. Lew sends a “Happy New Year” to all his friends in Meeker, with special thanks to the friends and neighbors and folks at Pioneers, Meals on Wheels, Home Health, etc., who made it possible for him to have so many independent years in Meeker. Friends wanting to contact Lew can get a message to him or get his mailing address through Woody at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Meeker P.E.O. Chapter BA would like to thank everyone who attended the Quilts in the Country quilt show last Saturday.
