Williams Partners increases dividends

RBC | Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) announced Monday that the regular quarterly cash distribution its unit holders will receive has been increased to $0.8925 per unit.
The board of directors of the partnership’s general partner has approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on Feb. 13 to unit holders of record at the close of business on Feb. 6.
The new per-unit amount is a 7.9 percent increase over the partnership’s distribution of $0.8275 per unit that was paid in February 2013. It is also a 1.7 percent increase over the partnership’s previously quarterly distribution of $0.8775 per unit.
