RANGELY — Moon Lake Electric Association’s board of directors voted unanimously on Wednesday to build a new office and operations complex on land the cooperative owns on U.S. Highway 40 west of Roosevelt, Utah.
Escaped Grand Junction prisoner captured Monday in parking lot of convenience store in Meeker
MEEKER — An escaped prisoner from a Colorado Community Corrections facility in Grand Junction was arrested Monday, along with an accomplice, in the Kum ‘N Go parking lot on the west edge of town.
Meeker man arrested for possession of methamphetamine, cash, weapon
MEEKER — Kevin O’Connor of Meeker was arrested Oct. 31 after more than 19 grams of suspected methamphetamine was found in his vehicle, along with a large amount of cash and an illegal knife.
