MEEKER – It just goes to show, one person still has the power to affect change in a community. Harry Watt, co-owner of the Blue Spruce Inn, stepped up to the planning commission and spoke up about his desire to see a change made to the town’s sign code.

Lady Panthers win home opener, 3-0
RANGELY — Friday the 13th was good luck for the Rangely High School soccer team as it earned its first win of the season, 3-0, against Vail Christian. Fourteen players, returning and new, have joined the squad this year. Six of those have never played soccer before.
