Thankfully, HopeWest grief support programs can help you manage these emotions and create a personal holiday plan to help you reduce stress during this season. It can be helpful to think ahead about ways to make the holidays easier for yourself by thinking of how important it is for you to slow down and listen to your own needs, especially after suffering a loss. HopeWest invites any adult experiencing grief to a free information session that provides ideas for self-care, new traditions and memorializing your loved one.
