The 12-foot width restriction is in place from 6 a.m to 7 p.m. on CO 13, south of CR 5 only. Delays could be up to 30 minutes during the day, but quite brief with the signal at night. The speed limit remains reduced to 35 mph 24/7 due to some rough sections of road.
