RBC | For the week of Sept. 21, expect single-lane, alternating travel, 24/7 at one work zone south of County Road 5, controlled by a signal at night and flaggers during the day. You can expect single-lane, alternating travel through two, possibly three work zones during the day, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday on Highway 13 south of Rio Blanco County Road 5. The 12-foot width restriction is in place from 6 a.m to 7 p.m. on CO 13, south of CR 5 only. Delays could be up to 30 minutes during the day, but quite brief with the signal at night. The speed limit remains reduced to 35 mph 24/7 due to some rough sections of road.
