RBC | A human trafficking awareness campaign is coming to Rio Blanco County in April, with events in Meeker on April 27-28 and in Rangely on April 29-30. The campaign’s intention is to provide information and educate the public, particularly young people, about what human trafficking is, its prevalence and how to avoid it.
