Ina Mae (Weldy) Jennings of Frankford, Mo., joined her Heavenly Father on Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at the age of 90. Cremation rites are being conducted by the Bibb-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
Ina Mae was born Dec. 4, 1924, in Pike County, Mo., to Osie and Eldena Weldy. She lived in Colorado for a period of time. She married Glen Austin Jennings on Dec. 25, 1941, and together they raised four children. Glen preceded her in death on Aug. 9, 1989.
Survivors include: children Roberta Culverwell and Betty Ford; brother Wayne Weldy (Rose); grand-children Annette Dunckley (Bob), Rodney Culverwell (Margaret), Carrie Freese (Travis), and Sarah Jennings (Jarin); great-grandchildren Chandra Henderson (Austin), Kammi Culverwell, Glen Jennings, Kaden and Mikhela Scovil, Jack Hockins/Freese and Levi Freese; and great-great-grandchildren Aria, Dante, Daelynn, Dayanna and Shaylynn.
Ina Mae was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; daughter Marjorie; son Richard; sisters Helen (Denver) Jennings and Alta (Reavis) Kirtlink; and son-in-law Gerald Culverwell.
Honoring Ina Mae’s wishes, there will be no services held, but rather, those who have been touched by her love and friendship are encouraged to take a moment to reflect on their happy memories of Ina Mae.
