Celena Miner, a 2009 Rangely High School graduate, was paralyzed from the chest down in a car accident two years ago. “I’ve basically come to terms with it now,” she said. Her sister will graduate Sunday with the 2010 RHS class.
Two years after her crippling automobile accident, Celena Miner is living on her own.
Last year at this time, Celena Miner went through graduation exercises with her classmates at Rangely High School.
