Joe LeBlanc, pictured after holding a wrestling camp in Meeker last summer, won the 184-pound bracket in the Reno tournament last weekend in Nevada and his team, the University of Wyoming Cowboys won the team title. Amateur Wrestling News currently has LeBlanc ranked as the NCAA Division I top 184-pounder in the country.
