Up and Down El Rio Blanco: Show time!

The Rio Blanco County fair is always one of my favorite events to attend and to photograph. Lots of kids, all hustling, smiling, wet and muddy, while preparing for show time. Show time is what they have been working toward all spring and summer, many even longer.
