Trinity Project looks to stamp out meth

RANGELY — Like other Colorado communities, Rangely has a methamphetamine problem.
“It’s here,” said Elaine Urie, town council member and one of the organizers of a new drug and alcohol prevention group called the Trinity Project. “It’s massive.”
Among states, Colorado ranks No. 8 in methamphetamine use, and it’s No. 6 in identify theft.
