Golf course holds 1st tourney

Rangely’s Robbie Elam and Meeker’s Bryce Ducey read a putt on the first hole of the first tournament held at the Meeker Golf Course this year. The pair, along with teammate Pat Walsh, shot a 30 on the first nine but added three strokes on the back and finished with the second best net score. Dave Brown, Lex Collins and Matt Fellows won the tournament in a field of nine teams.
